We have recently converted part of our farmhouse into a self contained holiday let which opened in spring 2010.  The accommodation comprises of: one bedroom, one shower room and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with wood burning stove.  All on a single storey, the accommodation has been tastefully decorated to a high standard to provide a clean, comfortable and homely feel.  It is the perfect choice for a couple or two friends wanting a week's break exploring the local area, more details of which can be found on the following web pages.

Prices for 2012

The weekly rental charge for the property in 2012 is £250 except for the Christmas and New Year period which will be £350 per week.

Saturday is our preferred changeover day but we are agreeable to flexible days by prior arrangement. Short or long breaks are available all year round.  Arrival time is after 4pm to allow for servicing and changeover.  Departure time is by 10.30am.

A cheque deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking and the balance is payable by cheque 8 weeks before the arrival date.  For last minute bookings the full amount is payable by cheque on booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.  We will do our best to change the date to a mutually convenient alternative week at no extra cost and all money already paid will be transferred to this new booking.  If it is not possible to change dates, and the cancellation date is more than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, only the deposit will be forfeited.  If a booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the full rental is forfeited unless we can re-let the property in which case we will refund the balance.
